At Passage Publishing, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and tagged items. Please ensure all original packaging is included to facilitate a smooth refund or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
